Position: Paralegal and Compliance Specialist

Job Summary:We are looking for a Paralegal and Compliance Specialist who will assist in managing the company’s legal documentation and regulatory compliance requirements. The role is crucial in ensuring that contracts, permits, and legal titles are processed and maintained accurately and timely.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Legal Management, Political Science, Business Administration, or any related course
- Proficient in legal documentation, compliance processes, and regulatory coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver’s license
Key Responsibilities:
Legal:
- Prepare and review legal contracts and related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Monitor and manage timely renewal of expiring contracts
- Organize and maintain legal files, ensuring completeness and security of documents
Compliance:
- Process and submit permit requirements to relevant government agencies in a timely manner
- Ensure that all operational permits are valid, updated, and renewed as needed
- Facilitate the proper transfer and documentation of legal land or property titles
