Account Executive

• responsible for managing and developing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
• This role involves identifying new business opportunities, preparing and delivering proposals, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client requirements, and maintaining accurate account records.

• Bachelor’s degree in business marketing, or related field
• Minimum of (2) years’ experience in sales or account management

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and nurture positive relationships with new and existing clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
• Regularly engage with clients to understand their business goals and needs

• Identify potential clients and generate leads through market research and networking
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings
• Meet or exceed sales targets by actively pursuing new business opportunities and upselling to existing clients

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
• Follow up with clients to gather feedback and implement improvements based on their input

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products/services and stay updated on product enhancements
• Provide product training to clients to ensure they maximize the benefits of their purchases
