About the role
As a full-time Dispatch Clerk, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and timely dispatch of our products to our customers.
What you'll be doing- Coordinate and monitor the loading and dispatch of goods from our warehouse facility
- Manage and update dispatch records and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Liaise with customers, transportation providers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of orders
- Investigate and resolve any dispatch-related issues or discrepancies
- Assist with the management of inventory levels and stock control procedures
- Provide support to the wider logistics and operations teams as required
- With experience as a Dispatch Clerk or in a similar logistics or warehousing role is an advantage
- Knowledgeable using logistics and inventory management software
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of the role
- Good numerical skills
- Knowledge of relevant logistics regulations and compliance requirements
