Responsibilities:

A.**Housekeeping Maintenance Tasks
  • Perform gardening tasks, including lawn maintenance, watering plants, pruning, and landscaping.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in outdoor and indoor areas.
  • Conduct minor electrical works such as fixing wiring issues, replacing light bulbs, and troubleshooting electrical problems.
  • Perform plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks, clogged drains, and minor pipe installations.
  • Handle general carpentry tasks, such as minor furniture repairs and fixing doors or cabinets.
  • Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of household appliances and fixtures.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential hazards in the household.
  • Ensure proper handling and use of tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals.
  • Comply with safety and security guidelines for household maintenance.
  • Reports maintenance issues immediately to the manager.
B.**Additional Household Support Tasks
  • Assist in the movement and arrangement of household furniture and appliances as needed.
  • Perform occasional errands such as purchasing supplies or materials for household maintenance.
  • Assist in managing waste disposal, ensuring proper segregation and adherence to waste management regulations.
  • Respond to any immediate repair or maintenance requests from the household.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of household tools, equipment, and cleaning supplies.
  • Provide assistance during household events, including setup and post-event cleanup.

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school graduate
  • Basic knowledge and experience in gardening, electrical works, plumbing, and carpentry
  • Familiarity with proper usage and maintenance of household tools and equipment
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines
  • Proactive with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Amenable to work with flexible hours and render overtime, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks
