FIELD BEVERAGE SALESMAN (BULACAN)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven FIELD BEVERAGE SALESMAN who will play a key role in driving sales growth, merchandising, and managing customer relationships. This role requires a proactive individual who can achieve sales targets, expand business opportunities, ensure timely account receivables, and maintain excellent in-store product visibility.

The Salesman will be responsible for conducting daily sales routes using a motorcycle covering assigned territories in BULACAN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective order booking and follow-through on delivery.
• Execute merchandising standards to ensure product visibility, proper placement, and freshness.
• Conduct business development activities to expand customer base and strengthen partnerships.
• Manage and monitor account receivables, ensuring timely collection from customers.
• Perform daily routing and sales coverage using a company-provided motorcycle.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Submit accurate and timely sales reports and market feedback.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of sales experience in FMCG, distribution, or related industry (preferred but not required).
• Must have a valid driver’s license (Restriction 1 or 2) and self-owned Motorcycle.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• With a proactive, results-oriented mindset and willingness to be field-based.
