Performs evaluation to production personnel

Monitors production data and implements improvement to enhance the quality of the products

Provides regular updates of production status and issues

Implements safety regulations and promoting safe working environment to all employees

Qualifications/Requirements

Proven experience as an Assistant Bakery Supervisor or similar role
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and recipes
attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic computer skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
