Dealer Product Supply Planning Analyst (DPSPA)

The DPSPA works closely with the Dealer Operations Specialist (DOS) and Inventory Analyst to maintain audit-ready records and seamless dealer operations.

• Dealer order & supply planning – validate purchase orders, coordinate dispatch, and monitor delivery timelines.
• Inventory monitoring & governance – ensure system accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and enforce inventory controls.
• Inventory valuation oversight – support financial reporting and audit readiness through accurate D365 records.
• Buyback & returns coordination – validate computations, oversee documentation, and monitor transaction timelines.
• Dealer relationship management – serve as the office-based point of contact for cluster dealers and coordinate with DOS.
• Operational reporting & improvement – prepare inventory performance reports and propose process enhancements.
• Collaboration with Inventory Analyst – supervise, review outputs, and ensure system-to-field data integrity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in motorcycle, automotive, or consumer goods distribution is an advantage.
