1. Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement in areas such as productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness
2. Design and implement process improvements, workflow enhancements, and automation solutions to increase efficiency
3. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, and other documentation to ensure consistent and effective manufacturing practices
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and achieve production targets
5. Conduct time and motion studies, capacity planning, and material handling analyses to optimise resource utilisation
6. Use data-driven decision making to make recommendations and drive continuous improvement initiatives
7. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
2. Minimum of 2 of experience in an industrial engineering environment
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions
4. Proficient in using data analysis tools and techniques to drive process improvements
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
6. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies
7. Familiarity with production planning, inventory management, and quality control systems
