Retail Distribution Officer

About the role

S&L Fine Foods' is looking for an experienced and driven Retail Distribution Officer to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective distribution of our high-quality food products to our retail partners across the region.

• Manage and coordinate the logistics of distributing S&L Fine Foods' products to various retail outlets
• Liaise with retail partners to ensure timely delivery and optimal shelf placement of our products
• Monitor inventory levels and identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities and new product launches
• Analyse distribution data and provide recommendations to enhance distribution strategies
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
• Supervise and mentor a team of distribution coordinators

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail distribution or a related field
• Demonstrated success in managing complex logistics operations and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with retail partners and internal teams
• Proficient in using distribution management software and data analysis tools
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline
