Role: Japanese Speaking Travel SpecialistWork Arrangement: Work from Home
Location: Angeles (Pampanga), Mabalacat, Ortigas, Makati, Cebu, Davao, Bacolod
Schedule: Mid Shift, Night Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations, ticketing, and travel arrangements for clients
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and transport vendors
- Monitor bookings, issue tickets, and handle itinerary changes
- Resolve flight disruptions, delays, and travel-related issues
- Prepare quotes, itineraries, and contract support for sales
- Maintain accurate client profiles using Sabre and booking systems
- Handle billing, collections, and vendor payment processing
- Lead projects, support team performance, and drive improvements
Qualification and requirements:
- 0–3 years travel industry experience or equivalent skills
- Fluent in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Proficient in Sabre, Cvent, MS Office, and Windows
