Content & Social Media Specialist (U.S. healthcare industry)

is responsible for strengthening U.S. market presence by managing social media platforms, creating impactful content, and supporting public relations initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and grow social media platforms (X/Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn) with a focus on content development.
• Create engaging content to build awareness, credibility, and generate leads.
• Collaborate with sales, career support, and marketing teams to create lead‑generating content.
• Support strategy development, scheduling, planning, and execution of social media campaigns.

• Create and edit articles aligned with content strategy.
• Conduct research to produce audience-relevant and insightful content.
• Contribute to global PR initiatives through stakeholder-focused materials.
• U.S. News Monitoring
• Track and share daily U.S. industry news related to healthcare recruitment and policy.
• Keep leadership and teams informed of trends and regulatory changes.

• Assist with communications, marketing, and research projects as needed.

• Master’s degree, or bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of professional writing experience.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including 3+ years of writing for external audiences in English.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms.
• Ability to conduct research and create high-quality content independently.
• Advanced experience in visual and video content creation (preferred).
• Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare industry, labor market, or policy landscape (preferred).

• Schedule: 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM
• Workdays: Tuesday to Saturday
