Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom plugins, custom workflows, and Power Automate flows to meet business needs.
• Configure and optimize out-of-the-box (OOTB) features of Dynamics 365 CE.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with .NET-based applications and develop Azure Functions for scalable automation.
• Provide solution consulting to stakeholders to align technical solutions with business processes.
• Conduct training sessions and create user documentation for system administrators and end-users.
• Oversee technical aspects of projects from design to deployment, including governance and technical resource planning.
• Collaborate with Program and Project Managers, reporting regularly on progress, risks, and issues.
• Promote best practices in change management and code reusability.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement)
• Expertise in OOTB configuration, custom plugin/workflow development, and Power Platform (especially Power Automate).
• Strong background in .NET development and familiarity with Azure Functions.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines in Dynamics 365 environments.
• Proven ability to work in both technical and functional capacities.
• Demonstrated leadership in implementing governance and resource reuse strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and team reporting.
