Key Responsibilities:

To manage and oversee the entire Project Warehouse Operations and ensure all task are properly delegated to each team member.
To act as the custodian of project housing materials and ensure that all transactions of the project assignment are properly recorded, monitored, and accounted for.
To ensure Quality Control and Inspection of all delivered materials are strictly followed and maintained.
To monitor all personnel and activities related to Warehouse Operations based on the assigned project site and to ensure implementation of good warehousing practices.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Civil, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or equivalent.
Strong background and experience in Warehousing and Control of Construction materials.
Preferably with similar experience in Real Estate Construction.
Must have good communication skills.
Must be resourceful, honest, with initiatives, and hardworking.
Can handle multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
Willing to be assigned in Magalang, Pampanga.
