LOGISTICS WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

About the role

PAOTSIN' is seeking a skilled and experienced Logistics Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team in our South Caloocan, Metro Manila location. As a full-time Logistics Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our warehousing and distribution activities.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Manage and oversee the work of warehouse personnel, including directing, motivating and evaluating team members
• Monitor inventory levels, identify any discrepancies, and implement appropriate actions to maintain optimal stock levels
• Oversee the receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment
• Implement and maintain effective warehouse management systems and procedures to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
• Ensure the warehouse environment is well-organised, clean and safe, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
• Provide regular reports and updates on warehouse operations to senior management
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of the warehouse

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced warehousing or logistics environment
• Strong understanding of warehouse management principles, including inventory control, order fulfilment and process optimisation
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and other relevant software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing business requirements
