About the role
Dynamic Elite Construction Corp. is seeking an experienced Warehouseman to join our team in Manila City, Metro Manila. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the efficient and organized management of our warehouse operations, ensuring the seamless flow of materials and supplies to support our construction projects.
What you'll be doing- Receiving, inspecting, and accurately recording incoming materials and supplies
- Coordinating the storage and organization of inventory in the warehouse
- Picking, packing, and dispatching materials and equipment as per project requirements
- Maintaining detailed records of stock levels and inventory movements
- Collaborating with project managers and site supervisors to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Overseeing the work of warehouse assistants and laborer's
- Implementing and adhering to strict health, safety, and security protocols
- With 1 to 2 years of experience in a warehousing or logistics role, preferably within the construction industry
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in the use of warehouse management software and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated commitment to health and safety compliance.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work under pressure.
