Since then, the company has pioneered several projects including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings around the Philippines, and currently focusing on Visayas and Mindanao.

We are actively looking for a proactive Safety Officer with to add to our growing team in Leganes, Iloilo.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to identify potential hazards and risks.
• Ensure that the implemented safety guidelines are enforced.
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with the law
• Provide safety training to workers and contractors, including orientation.
• Investigate accidents and injuries on construction sites and make recommendations to prevent future incidents.
• Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training programs.
• Work with project managers to identify and manage potential safety issues during the planning and design phases of construction projects.
• Conduct regular safety meetings with workers and contractors to discuss safety concerns and promote a culture of safety.
• Provide guidance and advice to workers and contractors on the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other safety equipment.
• Ensure that all equipment on site is properly maintained and in good working condition.

Qualifications:

• Must have COSH and preferably with with LCM and HIRAC
• Must be cooperative and willing to work with a team
• Preferably at least 3 years on site experience.
• Has experience in construction and high rise buildings
• Minimum 3+ years of high rise building experience required
• Experienced in conducting assessments, confident in delivering OSH Presentations and knowledgeable in DOLE standards

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; Saturdays: 8:00 AM-12:00 PM.
