Job Type: Full-Time (With 8% commission on every successful sales)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for building strong client relationships. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely while driving sales growth and achieving targets.

With 3% commission on every successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services effectively to prospective clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to align on sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in sales or a similar role (remote sales experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with the company’s products or services and the target market.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in Sales.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and online sales channels.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment.
