QUALITY ANALYST
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
Work Experience:
- At least 1 year experience in Food Manufacturing QA/QC
- Experience in bakery operations (bread production is an advantage)
- Experience in meat handling and inspection is an advantage
- Experience in raw materials receiving inspection
- Exposure to in-process and finished product inspection
- Experience in handling internal and external audits
- Knowledge in bread quality evaluation and meat inspection is an advantage
Skills:
- Knowledge of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) and NCR (Non-Conformance Report)
- Ability to prepare SOPs, memos, and formal documentation
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and email communication)
- Knowledge of Anova and SketchUp is an advantage
- Strong documentation and analytical skills
