Plan, update, and maintain daily and weekly production schedules aligned with customer demand, sales forecasts, and available raw materials.
  • Monitor production progress and coordinate with operations teams to ensure adherence to the plan; make schedule adjustments when necessary.
  • Track inventory levels of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods to ensure timely replenishment and prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP or inventory management systems; support cycle counting and physical inventory audits.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehousing, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and outbound shipment of finished products.
  • Analyze production and inventory data to identify inefficiencies, delays, or variances; escalate issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the implementation and maintenance of standard PPIC procedures aligned with food safety, GMP, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in all planning and inventory-related processes.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on production schedules, inventory levels, material usage, and production KPIs.
  • Collaborate with QA/QC and manufacturing teams to ensure packaging and raw material specifications meet quality requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in production planning and/or inventory control, preferably in a food manufacturing or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in ERP or planning systems; familiarity with inventory management principles.
  • Basic understanding of food safety standards and good manufacturing practices.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills across departments.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and willing to contribute to operational improvements.
