Job Summary:
As a People Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience at the heart of the hiring lifecycle. Your primary focus will be supporting the seamless transition of new hires from "Candidate" to "Employee." You will learn to manage the pre-boarding process, ensure data compliance, and provide high-quality support to our global workforce.

This is a training-heavy role designed to build your foundational knowledge in HR operations, recruitment coordination, and stakeholder management.

What You’ll Do:

  • Onboarding Support & Ticket Management: Learn to act as a first line of support by assisting with HR tickets in ServiceNow. Under mentorship, you will help resolve general inquiries and guide new hires through their initial benefits and policy questions.
  • Pre-Hire Lifecycle Tracking: Gain proficiency in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Avature. You will monitor the pre-hire stages, ensuring all tasks are initiated on time and tracking milestones toward a confirmed start date.
  • Data Migration & Entry: Assist in finalizing pre-hire clearances and learning the process of transitioning new hire data into PeopleSoft. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy before cases are handed over for official onboarding.
  • Compliance Coordination: Support the background check and citizenship verification process. You will work with the team to monitor vendor status updates, helping to track "time-to-complete" metrics and identifying cases that require follow-up.
  • Candidate Concierge: Serve as a friendly point of contact for candidates during the pre-boarding phase. You will learn how to provide proactive updates to candidates, Hiring Managers, and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a world-class experience.
  • Data Integrity Training: Maintain real-time updates in Power Apps and PeopleSoft. You will be trained on the importance of data integrity and how accurate record-keeping fuels our hiring dashboards and leadership reporting.

Requirements:

  • Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills and a "client-first" mindset.
  • A proactive learner who is comfortable using or learning digital tools (Microsoft 365, HR Systems).
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee information with the utmost confidentiality.
