The Sales Governance Business Partner acts as a strategic enabler for the B2B Sales organization, ensuring governance excellence, operational discipline, and cross-functional alignment to drive revenue growth, mitigate risks, and enable sustained performance.

This role partners closely with Sales leadership to translate strategic objectives into executable plans, reinforce accountability, and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Alignment & Execution Partner with B2B Sales leaders to cascade strategic objectives into measurable action plans.

Monitor execution progress, identify roadblocks, and recommend course corrections. Governance Framework & Compliance Lead governance forums, quarterly reviews, and operational checkpoints. Ensure compliance with governance standards, sales policies, and risk management requirements.

Performance Analytics & Insights Track, analyze, and interpret sales performance data. Provide actionable insights to improve productivity, pipeline health, and revenue outcomes. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations to streamline workflows and enable faster decision-making. Support strategic initiatives that cut across business units. Executive Reporting & Advisory Prepare business cases, board-level presentations, and leadership updates.

Serve as a trusted advisor to sales management, driving operational efficiency and strategic focus REQUIREMENTS: Strategic Planning & Execution – Ability to translate high-level strategies into operational plans. Sales Performance Analytics – Strong capability in interpreting sales metrics and creating actionable insights.

Business

Case Development – Proficiency in creating executive-level presentations and financial justifications. Advanced MS Office & BI Tools – Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau). Influencing & Stakeholder Management – Ability to gain buy-in and alignment across senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Analytical & Critical Thinking – Skilled in identifying root causes and anticipating potential challenges. High Attention to Detail – Ensures accuracy in data and governance documentation. Collaboration & Partnership Mindset – Works seamlessly across functions to achieve shared goals.

Resilience & Adaptability – Can pivot quickly in response to changing priorities without losing strategic focus.
