We’re looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in English and Spanish who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves helping people. This role requires clear communication, empathy, and a strong understanding of customer service systems.

You'll be a key point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and building trust through every interaction.

What You’ll Do:

Answer 30+ inbound calls per day in English and Spanish
Create and manage support tickets in Zoho Desk
Provide updates on orders, shipping, and product information
Place customer orders during the call using Zoho Inventory
Maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM
Walk customers through basic troubleshooting when needed

Requirements

1 –5 years of customer service or inside sales experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) with a neutral, professional accent
Strong communication and active listening skills
Comfortable using Zoho or similar systems (CRM, ticketing, inventory)
A curious mindset — comfort with science or chemistry is a plus
Familiarity with IP phone systems like GoToConnect is helpful

Schedule: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM PHT

Job type: Full time

Note: Must work onsite at JY Square, Cebu City for 30 days, then transition to work-from-home.
