PHILIPPINE SPRING WATER RESOURCES, INC. (Nature's Spring) a 100% Filipino owned and managed company. A manufacturer and distributor of NATURE'S SPRING bottled drinking water products nationwide is looking for qualified applicants for the following position:

HR OFFICER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures smooth operation of Human Resource and Administration through providing responsive administrative and office support.
• Monitors all records of the Human Resource department and ensures safekeeping of confidential information.
• Perform a variety of duties to promote employees welfare such as resolving concerns on human relations and promoting employees interpersonal relationship which leads to employee satisfaction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A graduate of Psychology or any Behavioral related courses.
• At least 2 years of working experience.
• Well organized and proficient in documentation and records keeping.
• Proficient in both oral and written communication.
• Analytical, active listener, accurate and keen on details.
• Assertive, confident, highly motivated and can work with minimum supervision.
• Flexible, independent, results-oriented and can do multitasking.
• Values confidentiality, tact and discretion in dealing with people.
• Knowledge in Philippine Labor Laws.
• RPM License is a plus.
