Warehouse and Delivery Assistant

Job Summary:

This position helps maintain smooth and efficient branch operations by providing logistical and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver customer orders and company materials in a timely and safe manner.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and handling items to ensure proper care of products.
• Support inventory monitoring by assisting in stock receiving, checking, and organizing items.
• Assist the Branch Coordinator in maintaining organized storage and proper handling of company materials.
• Ensure delivery documents, receipts, and related forms are properly submitted and organized.
• Coordinate with internal staff regarding delivery schedules, urgent requests, and logistical concerns.
• Report delivery or inventory issues and support resolution of operational concerns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or vocational certification in logistics, automotive, or related field is an advantage.
• Valid professional driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Basic knowledge of delivery procedures, inventory handling, and logistics support.
• Performed basic inventory, logistics, and transport coordination.
• Physically capable of handling and transporting items when needed.
• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to be assigned to field work or branch-related errands.
• Preferably residing in Cagayan De Oro.
