Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our client, a leading smart communications platform for businesses and consumers. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals.

You will work with a mix of inbound and outbound leads while delivering outstanding customer experiences — all onsite at our office on a night shift schedule aligned with US hours. This role also includes a monthly commission bonus tied to performance, offering strong earning potential for top performers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Inbound Marketing Leads, providing timely follow-up and conversion support.
  • Re-engage with Aged Inbound Marketing Leads to uncover renewed interest and opportunities.
  • Conduct Outbound cold-call dialing on targeted lists to identify new prospects and expand customer reach.
  • Use the Five9 dialing program to manage inbound and outbound calling campaigns efficiently.
  • Understand customer needs and present the client’s phone solution that address business challenges.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead qualification to closing sales — while meeting performance targets.
  • Accurately disposition all leads, including honoring requests from prospects who wish to be added to the “Do Not Call” list, in compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Maintain precise records of client interactions, lead status, and pipeline activity in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with Cloudstaff and the client to align sales strategies and meet revenue goals.
  • Provide insights into customer feedback and market trends to support ongoing business development.

Qualification and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office/Google Workspace tools.
  • Experience using the Five9 dialing program is preferred.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
  • Willingness and ability to work US hours (night shift, PH time).

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or account management.
