About you:
We are looking for someone who shares our vision and drive. You will be a vital part of the Group Marketing team, supporting teams across the globe.
Your role will cover the below:
- Confident in updating and managing the website using Wordpress
- Content creation; local blogs, destination guides, email newsletters, flyers/brochures etc.
- Analysing data and trends from the CRM (Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot etc.)
- Building and Sending newsletters to clients/customers using the CRM
- Push forward the marketing strategy across all channels and working with the global team and key stakeholders to achieve results.
- Management of social channels; Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. Creating engaging content, building content plans and running paid advertising.
- Aware of SEO best practices (on and off-page)
- Working with third party agencies to ensure work is on brand and aligned to the strategy.
- Consistency and improvement of brand awareness
- Stay up to date with the latest industry and marketing trends and best practices
We’d love it if you ticked some of our boxes (but they’re not essential to apply):
- 2-3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role or similar
- Degree-level education; a relevant marketing qualification is an advantage.
- Experience with a broad set of marketing skills, including Social Media and SEO
- Basic video editing skills to support content creation for webinars and marketing materials.
- A creative thinker with experience in software including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- An independent worker who can deliver to brief and on time
- Ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the business, agencies, media partners and affiliate partners
- Provocativeness along with strong communication skills
- A problem solver who proposes solutions, process improvements and delivers to deadlines
