Social Media Manager

The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing the company's social media accounts and ensuring content is posted consistently and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and publish social media posts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with the graphic designer, photographer, and video editor to ensure content is ready on time.
- Write captions and hashtags for social media posts.
- Maintain the monthly content calendar.
- Reply to comments and direct messages when needed.
- Monitor engagement and notify the team of customer concerns or inquiries.
- Assist in planning social media campaigns, promotions, and announcements including boosting online ads.
- Stay updated on social media trends and suggest content ideas.
- Coordinate with influencers and content creators when assigned.
- Prepare a basic monthly report showing post performance and account growth.
- Ensure all posts follow the company's branding and guidelines.
- Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or a related course (preferred but not required).
- Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Good written English skills.
- Organized and able to meet deadlines.
- Willing to learn and take feedback.
- Basic knowledge of Canva is an advantage.
- Basic photography or video editing skills are a plus but not required.
