About the role

Polystar General Services Inc.' is seeking an experienced and skilled Multi-Skilled Technician to join their facilities management team in Binan City, Laguna. This is a full-time position that involves providing essential maintenance and repair services to ensure the smooth operation of commercial and residential properties under the company's management.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general handyman tasks
• Respond to emergency service calls and address issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential problems before they escalate
• Collaborate with the facilities management team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies
• Provide support and guidance to less experienced technicians, as needed

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a multi-skilled technician or in a similar facilities maintenance role
• Strong practical skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general handyman work
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work on-call and respond to emergencies outside of regular business hours
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
