SALES ADMIN ASSOCIATE
  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative suport to the sales team, including collection of reservation requirements
  • Sales Documentation: Prepare, process, and maintan sales documents including reservation agreements, contract to sell & leaseback agreements.Ensure that all documents are complete, accurate, compliant and up-to-date.
  • Client Interaction: Handle client-developer discussions specifically during reservation with excellent customer service.
  • Databae Management: Ensure accurate data entry and management of sales databases including monitoring and safekeeping of department memorandums, promotion monitoring.
  • Sales & Marketing Support: Assist with sales & marketing activities and events.
  • Incentive & Commission Monitoring & Requests: Monitor, process incentive & commission requests from sales partners/brokers ensuring timely compliant, updated releases.
  • Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • COLLEGE GRADUATE, PREFERABLY WITH A DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR ANY RELATED COURSE
  • WITH 1–2 YEARS OF SALES OR SALES ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE IS AN ADVANTAGE; FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY
  • PREFERABLY WITH EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE OR SALES ADMINISTRATION
  • HIGHLY ORGANIZED AND DETAIL-ORIENTED
  • PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT OFFICE (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT)
  • WITH STRONG COMMUNICATION, COORDINATION, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
  • ABILITY TO HANDLE SALES DOCUMENTATION, DATABASE MANAGEMENT, AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT FOR THE SALES TEAM
  • CAPABLE OF COORDINATING WITH CLIENTS AND ASSISTING IN SALES AND MARKETING ACTIVITIES
