Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in any medical science, allied health, or related field, such as: Nursing, Biology, Medical Biology, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), Pharmacy, Chemistry, Applied Physics, Food Technology, Sports Science, or similar
- Fresh graduates looking to start a career in healthcare are encouraged to apply
- Experience in medical devices is an advantage but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple, clear terms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Customer-oriented, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Willing to learn and adapt to complex medical technologies
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Primarily office-based with occasional field visits for training and client support
- Conduct product training sessions for customers and internal teams
- Develop and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and training materials
- Provide application and technical support for medical devices/equipment
- Assist customers with product usage, troubleshooting, and best practices
- Coordinate with technical/service teams for issue resolution
- Support sales activities (demos, trainings, events)
- Assist in planning and executing training sessions, exhibits, and medical events
- Provide post-implementation support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Gather market feedback and share insights with internal teams
- Prepare reports, documentation, and training materials as required
