2. Responsible for Vendor Accreditation (conducts due diligence and ensures completeness of necessary documents required by Accounting Dept)
3. Organized kick off meeting to every new project to get all necessary details to requesting dept

7. Warranty (aligning to Trade Practice)

1. Prepares and route approval of Non-Disclosure Agreement with prospective vendor
2. Make necessary presentation to vendor about the raffle / promo / token requirement of SSCC
3. Prepare the working file (comparative chart) to be viewed by stakeholders (Marketing Dept)

1. Negotiate and recommends to whom items / services should be awarded
2. Confirms with Marketing which PO to be use (Admin PO or Purchasing PO)
3. Monitor delivery completion and PO receiving
4. In charge of closing and cancellation of PO
5. Responsible in tagging payment terms on the system
6. Draft the Memorandum of Agreement / Service Level Agreement for Suy Sing and prospective vendor
7. Submit MOA / SLA for final negotiation of Procurement Manager and review of Legal
8. Once approved notarized the said document and distribute copies to Accounting Dept/ Admin Dept / Third Party Vendor /
9. Turnover to requesting department
10. Resolve any gap between MOA / SLA versus actual service provided
11. Introduces services and innovative products that will benefit the company
12. Monitor vendor MOA and SLA are met
13. Monitors new or probationary service provider.
14. Safekeep Hard and soft copy MOA / SLA; Process renewal if necessary
15. Supervise and train Procurement Specialist
16. Monitor and ensure procurement lead time are met

• Christmas basket – Once a year September to February (the following year)
