- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign activation, or commercial marketing roles
- Experience in healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical, or rehabilitation-related industries
- Proven experience supporting campaigns from planning to execution and performance evaluation (product-to-fruition exposure)
- Strong understanding of professional or clinical audiences and healthcare buying environments
- Experience creating marketing collateral, campaign assets, and sales enablement materials
- Background in event marketing, trade shows, or customer engagement initiatives
- Strong commercial awareness with ability to interpret revenue, margin, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
- Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Familiarity with social media platforms and tools such as Meta or Brandwatch
- Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with Sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
UK Campaign Execution- Support delivery of integrated UK campaigns aligned with commercial priorities, product launches, and seasonal initiatives
- Coordinate timelines, briefs, assets, and approvals to ensure seamless execution
- Prepare campaign toolkits and activation packs for consistent rollout across channels
- Support messaging across email, onsite banners, social media, and marketing collateral
- Maintain strong organization and delivery standards in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize tools such as Monday.com, Teams, SharePoint or OneDrive, Canva, and DotDigital
- Develop and update customer-facing sales materials including one-pagers, product sheets, pitch decks, and campaign toolkits
- Ensure all marketing assets align with commercial goals and customer needs
- Maintain organized and accessible enablement resources for field teams
- Support product launches by equipping Sales with relevant tools and messaging
- Utilize Meta or Brandwatch, Canva, PowerPoint, Bynder, and SharePoint
- Support planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and customer events
- Coordinate logistics, collateral, samples, and activation requirements
- Ensure events drive lead generation and conversion objectives
- Support post-event follow-ups including lead capture and internal handover
- Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and DotDigital
- Execute social media initiatives aligned with campaign plans and business objectives
- Develop and maintain content calendars and create content for professional and clinical audiences
- Monitor performance and optimize content for improved engagement
- Coordinate with agencies as needed using Meta, Brandwatch, and Canva
- Create and adapt marketing content for healthcare segments including hospitals, clinics, and distributors
- Gather Sales feedback to refine messaging and materials
- Monitor competitors and market trends to improve campaign relevance
- Support development of proof points such as testimonials and field insights
- Analyze performance metrics including revenue, conversion, and ROI to inform improvements
- Utilize Teams, SharePoint or OneDrive, Canva, Power BI, and reporting tools
- Collaborate with Commercial, Customer Experience, Product, and agency partners to align execution and ensure timely delivery
- Support Digital and Growth teams with assets for email and website campaigns
- Maintain organized marketing asset libraries and version control
- Support broader UK marketing initiatives and perform additional tasks as required
