We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives in competitive markets, builds strong client relationships, and opens doors to new project opportunities in the Glass and Aluminum sector and high-rise vertical construction.

Core Functions:
- Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, contractors, developers, and architects.
- Prospect and secure new project contracts in Glass & Aluminum Works, Curtain Wall Systems, ACP Cladding, and other vertical construction solutions.
- Lead bid preparation, proposal development, and project negotiations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strategize and position the company effectively.
- Collaborate closely with Estimating, Engineering, and Project Management teams to ensure alignment with client requirements.

- Strong industry network within construction, architectural, and property development sectors.
- Solid understanding of façade systems, construction methodologies, and project lifecycles.
- Excellent sales presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the construction industry.
- Preferably with direct experience in Glass & Aluminum, Curtain Wall, or Cladding projects.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
