Technical Account Associate
Job Overview
The Technical Account Associate will support the Technical Account Director in managing client communications, technical discussions, and coordination of service-related activities. The role will assist in gathering client requirements, documenting concerns, coordinating with internal technical teams, and providing onsite support during client meetings, assessments, and technical discussions when required.
Roles and Responsibilities- Assist the Technical Account Director during client meetings, technical discussions, and service reviews.
- Participate in onsite client visits to support technical discussions, requirement gathering, and issue validation.
- Coordinate between clients and internal technical teams regarding technical concerns, requests, and action items.
- Document client discussions, requirements, issues, and resolutions.
- Assist in monitoring pending technical activities and ensure proper follow-through with concerned teams.
- Support preparation of meeting minutes, status reports, and client updates.
- Assist in gathering technical information required for troubleshooting and escalation.
- Support implementation, maintenance activities, and technical requests as needed.
- Maintain updated client documentation, technical records, and operational references.
- Provide feedback and recommendations based on client interactions to help improve service delivery.
- Willing to travel and conduct onsite client visits when required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under minimal supervision.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in technical support, IT operations, project coordination, or related roles is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Comfortable participating in client-facing discussions and technical meetings.
- Willingness to conduct onsite client visits when required.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, networking, applications, or telecommunications is an advantage.
- Reports directly to the Technical Account Director.
- Hybrid (only when needed) - Makati Site
