Operations Manager
Role Summary
We are looking for a highly capable Operations Manager to design, build, and scale internal operational backbone. This role will lead the structuring of core workflows such as Relationship Management and Customer Onboarding, transforming manual and reactive processes into a streamlined, system-driven operation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of SOPs across Relationship Management, Customer Onboarding, and customer lifecycle processes
- Define, implement, and monitor SLAs to ensure consistent service delivery and operational efficiency
- Evaluate existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Build and oversee automation workflows to reduce manual work and improve scalability
- Manage and optimize core operational systems (e.g., CRM, onboarding, and support tools)
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, SLA performance, and pipeline visibility
- Establish governance frameworks, including QA processes and performance standards
- Ensure proper documentation of workflows, playbooks, and operational guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business goals
- Proven experience in operations management, ideally in building systems and processes from scratch
- Strong background in CRM management, customer onboarding, and lifecycle operations
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, or native CRM workflows)
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Demonstrated ability to define SLAs and drive operational improvements
- Experience in building dashboards and working with reporting/BI tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
- A systems thinker and operations builder, not just a process executor
- Combines automation expertise with a data-driven mindset
- Highly execution-focused, with the ability to turn ambiguity into structured processes
