HR Admin Manager - Muntinlupa
About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Admin Manager to join our dynamic team at Wintex Logistics Corp. in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day HR operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our human resources department.
What you'll be doing- Manage and maintain employee records, including onboarding, personnel documentation, and exit processes
- Coordinate and administer employee benefit programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
- Coordinate and facilitate HR-related training and development programs
- Contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives that support the overall business strategy
- Maintain compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Thorough understanding of labour laws and HR best practices
