Quezon City - Test Automation Associate (Day Shift) | Manila (Hybrid)

The purpose of this role is to implement automated and functional application testing solutions to improve and enhance systems and applications for future infrastructure and architecture generations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional application testing to achieve business objectives and expected results for application implementation.
• Ensure delivery of business realization benefits through application features aligned to testing procedures.
• Analyse defects and test results to identify areas of concern within software.
• Contribute input to identify areas of improvement in application development.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities for test automation and integration practices.
• Perform scheduled and periodic testing as specified from project implementations and business needs.

Work Experience:

Necessary Work Experience includes:

• Some relevant work experience.

Preferred Work Experience includes:

• Background knowledge in Automation Testing, Software Development Lifecycle, Agile Methodology, and Insurance.

Qualifications:

Necessary Qualifications include:

• Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Preferred Qualifications include:

• Tertiary Degree in a discipline related to Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
