Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving software problems, ensuring the smooth operation of enterprise network operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software problems within critical business systems.
- Ensure the smooth operation of enterprise network operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
- Document and maintain support processes and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience in incident management and problem resolution.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
- This position is based in Manila.

Cisco Meraki Solution Specialist
Hands-on operations experience (6+ Yrs. in Implementation, troubleshoot, upgrades etc.) in any of the 2 listed specializations below,Cisco Routing and Switching Technologies (Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, ASR) & Cisco Wireless Controller and Access-point.
Microsoft Azure network & Security
FortiGate SDWAN Setup
Meraki SDWAN Template based Configuration and Troubleshooting (Meraki Mx, MS and MR).
Good to have experience,SolarWinds & IPAM administration
F5 & Application Gateways
CUCM Administration
