Talent Acquisition and Engagement Manager

We are looking for a Talent Management Manager who will lead and strengthen our Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement strategies to support business growth and organizational culture.

This role will partner with business leaders to attract the right talent, build strong engagement initiatives, and ensure a positive employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
• Improve employer branding and recruitment processes
• Utilize data and analytics to improve recruitment funnel efficiency

• Develop and implement employee engagement programs
• Lead initiatives that strengthen company culture and employee experience
• Manage employee events, recognition programs, and engagement activities
• Analyze engagement data and recommend improvements

• Provide insights through HR data and workforce analytics
• Support HR projects related to employee development and retention
• Collaborate with HR leadership to drive people strategies aligned with business goals

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–8+ years HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment and employee engagement
• Experience leading recruitment strategy and engagement programs
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics
• Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage
