GENERAL ACCOUNTANT

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS Accountancy or related course
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the field of accounting and finance.
• Well-versed in all facets of accounting, finance and with strong financial analysis.
• Has experience in payroll management
• Has experience in financial reporting and can discuss financial/accounting concerns with managers
• Solution-oriented, Honest and Hard-worker, Highly motivated, Organized, Team Player, Fast Learner, Analytical, and Goal-Oriented.

• This position takes charge of the implementation of accounting systems, and procedures at all levels. Coordinate all accounting functions.
• Maintaining effective management systems and processes on the assigned functions which may cover BIR Account, Financial Reporting and other related financial accounts.
• Conducts monthly accounting audits
• Prepares other accounting reports and other tasks as may be required from time to time.
• Has the ability to train staff, work with colleagues, and require little to no supervision.
• Can prepare financial projections inclusive of loans, investments, interest rates, tax holidays, recovery points, and IRR
