Job Summary:
We're looking for a confident and personable Appointment Setter and Cold Caller to drive outreach for a fine jewelry brand that designs and wholesales to retail jewelry stores. The core of this role is calling an existing, curated list of prospect stores, introducing the brand, and booking qualified appointments for the founders to close.
This is a great chance to be the friendly first voice of a growing premium brand and play a direct role in its expansion. You'll work closely with the founders, enjoy clear targets, and have room to grow into a larger role as the business scales.

The core of this role is calling an existing, curated list of prospect stores, introducing the brand, and booking qualified appointments for the founders to close.
The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone, professional, and persistent, with the warmth to represent a premium brand well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to a pre-built list of prospect jewelry stores
- Introduce the brand and its products to store decision-makers
- Set qualified appointments for the founders to take over the sales conversation
- Work from and update an existing contact list to track call outcomes and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate notes on each call and appointment status
- Follow up with prospects who require a second or third touch to secure a meeting
- Meet agreed appointment-setting targets and KPIs
- Communicate daily progress and outcomes to the team
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or outbound telesales
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional, and friendly phone presence
- Confidence handling objections and engaging decision-makers
- Comfortable working from spreadsheets (Excel) to manage and track calls
- Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills and consistent follow-through
Preferred Skills:
- Experience selling or setting appointments for jewelry, luxury, fashion, or premium consumer goods
- Background in B2B outreach or wholesale sales
- Familiarity with KPI-driven sales environments
- Ability to adapt tone and pitch based on the prospect
- Experience using Microsoft Teams for team communication
