DUTIES (Major tasks and Activities)
- Build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintain good
- Organize sales visits. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities; recommend profit and service improvements
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
- Establish new business. Identify product improvement or new products by remaining updated on current industry trends, market activities and competitors.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Achieve monthly or annual regular targets. Review sales performance and maintain accurate records. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and/or participating in professional societies.

COMMUNICATION
Communicates effectively with Sales Manager, Sales Team Members, Accounting & Finance Officers, QC Supervisor/QC Inspector- Leader, Purchasing Officer, Warehouse In-Charge, Clients, and Suppliers
Practices and maintains high-level of professionalism and business ethics
Provides necessary information across organization
Attends department and/or cross-functional meetings and other coordination meeting as required
Ø DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Researches and recommends prospects for new business opportunities.
- Sets sales goals and develops sales strategies.
- Researches and analyzes sales options.
- Contacts potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Builds and maintains relationships with clients and prospects.
- Meets with potential clients to determine their needs.
- Demonstrates and presents products to clients.
- Builds and maintains professional networks.
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommends new products.
- Handles customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Collects and analyzes information and prepares data and sales reports.
- Negotiates contracts and packages.
- Attends workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job.
- Attends trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings, if necessary.
- Reviews sales performance and maintains accurate records.
- Working towards monthly or annual targets.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Must be a bachelor’s degree holder.
- With a one (1) experience in Sales industry.
- Competency in English, both oral and written communication.
- Computer literate; MS Word, MS Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
- Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills and strategies.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, strong desire to deliver results,
- Ability to create and deliver presentations.
- Fast learner and quick thinker.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about sales.
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
