About the role
Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions is seeking a talented and driven Sales Representative (Voice Account) to join our team in Cubao, Quezon City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales growth for our voice-based solutions.Your strategic and consultative approach will be key to providing value to our clients and positioning our offerings as the preferred choice in the market.
What you'll be doing- Prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and relationship building
- Conducting needs assessments to understand client requirements and proposing tailored voice solutions
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to decision-makers
- Negotiating contract terms and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Providing excellent post-sales support and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing service delivery
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments
- Minimum 6 mos. of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the voice/contact centre industry
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and provide customised solutions
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
