Job Summary
Biosite Medical Instruments, Inc. is looking for a motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused Sales Specialist who will manage, develop, and grow healthcare accounts within the assigned Luzon territory.
This role is highly suitable for Nurses, Radiologic Technologists, Respiratory Therapists, and other allied healthcare professionals with actual clinical experience who are ready to build a rewarding career in healthcare sales, medical devices, diagnostics, laboratory solutions, and clinical equipment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling medical devices, diagnostic instruments, reagents, laboratory products, respiratory-related solutions, clinical equipment, and other healthcare products to hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centers, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.
This position is ideal for candidates who can combine clinical knowledge, product understanding, customer service, and strong client engagement skills to support healthcare institutions and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell medical devices, diagnostic instruments, reagents, laboratory solutions, respiratory care products, clinical equipment, and other healthcare-related products to hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centers, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.
Achieve assigned sales targets, develop new accounts, and identify business growth opportunities within the assigned Luzon territory.
Manage, maintain, and grow existing healthcare accounts while actively developing new client relationships.
Build and sustain strong professional relationships with doctors, nurses, radiologic technologists, respiratory therapists, laboratory heads, hospital administrators, purchasing officers, and other key decision-makers.
Conduct regular field visits, product presentations, business discussions, client meetings, follow-ups, and account development activities.
Provide excellent customer service, after-sales coordination, and account support to ensure client satisfaction and business continuity.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, delivery schedules, technical concerns, customer requirements, service support, and other account-related needs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Prepare and submit sales reports, account updates, forecasts, itineraries, client visit reports, and other required documentation.
Represent the company professionally during client meetings, product presentations, exhibits, training sessions, and other business-related activities.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Radiologic Technology, Respiratory Therapy, or any related allied healthcare field.
Clinical experience is required, preferably gained from a hospital, clinic, diagnostic center, laboratory, respiratory care unit, imaging/radiology unit, operating room, ICU, emergency room, ward, or other healthcare setting.
Preferred candidates must be Nurses, Radiologic Technologists, Respiratory Therapists, or allied healthcare professionals with actual clinical exposure.
Applicants with experience in patient care, radiology/imaging procedures, respiratory care, diagnostic procedures, laboratory operations, clinical support, or hospital-based healthcare services will be given strong consideration.
Sales experience is an advantage, especially in any of the following areas:

Pharmaceutical or healthcare-related industries
Experience handling hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centers, clinics, or other healthcare accounts is an advantage.
Must have strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must be results-oriented, customer-focused, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be willing to do fieldwork, client visits, and travel within Luzon as needed.
Must have good business sense, strong account management skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who are:
Registered Nurses or Nursing graduates with clinical, hospital, or patient-care experience
Radiologic Technologists with actual clinical, diagnostic, imaging, or medical industry experience
Respiratory Therapists with clinical exposure in respiratory care, pulmonary care, ICU, emergency care, ward care, or related hospital settings
Medical Technologists or allied healthcare professionals with clinical exposure and strong sales potential
Healthcare professionals who are confident in communicating with doctors, nurses, radiologic technologists, respiratory therapists, laboratory heads, hospital administrators, purchasing officers, and other healthcare decision-makers
Candidates with experience or strong interest in medical devices, diagnostics, laboratory products, respiratory care products, imaging, clinical equipment, or healthcare solutions
Client-facing professionals who can explain healthcare products and solutions clearly, confidently, and professionally
Applicants with both clinical exposure and healthcare sales experience will be given strong consideration.
