Property Specialist - Appointment Setter (Real Estate)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Property Specialist / Appointment

Setter (Real Estate) to support our sales team by engaging potential clients, generating

leads, and scheduling private property viewings. The role is primarily phone-based

and plays a key part in converting inquiries into qualified site visits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and existing leads
• Responds to inquiries and provide basic project information
• Schedule and confirm appointments for private property viewings
• Maintain and update client records in the database
• Coordinate with Sales Managers and Property Consultants for appointments
• Follow up with clients to ensure attendance and interest
• Meet daily/weekly target for calls and booked appointments

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least Senior High School or College Level or graduate.
• With experience in telemarketing, sales, or call center is an advantage
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Background in real estate is a plus but not required
