JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot company systems, applications, and databases to support daily business operations.
- Assist in ERP implementation projects, including system configuration, user support, testing, data migration, and process improvement.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related concerns across different departments.
- Coordinate with vendors, developers, and internal users to ensure smooth system integration, security, and operational efficiency.
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering and other related field
- 2-5 years of work experience
- Strong knowledge in programming, system troubleshooting, and technical support
- Familiarity with ERP implementation, system integration, and database management
- Ability to analyze system issues and provide effective technical solutions
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple IT tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills for supporting users and collaborating with different departments
