Role Overview
As an Associate (IT/Finance), you will support our Consultants in identifying and screening top IT and Finance talent for our Japan-focused recruitment pipeline. You will build relationships with candidates, maintain a strong talent pipeline, and help ensure a smooth recruitment process from sourcing through candidate endorsement.
Key Responsibilities- Screen and assess candidates based on client requirements.
- Maintain regular and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified IT and Finance candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare detailed candidate summaries for presentation to Consultants and clients.
- English fluency (full proficiency required)
- Strong drive and integrity (everything else we can teach with world-class training)
- 2+ years in recruitment
- IT or Finance background is a plus
- Japan market or recruitment background
- Japanese language ability
- Limitless pay - commission per placement, UNCAPPED
- No night shifts - your personal time is protected
