HIRING - EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE MECHANIC

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately
• Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade
• Execute daily vehicle troubleshooting, isolation and identification per item of work order
• Execute daily repairs, and install new parts or component
• Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids, lubricating parts etc.) aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity
• Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise motorists on good vehicle use
• Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks)
• Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for a repair or maintenance job
• Keep logs on work and issues
• Maintain equipment and tools in good condition; maintain working area and premises
• Use appropriate practices, means, methods, operations or processes, and working conditions reasonably necessary to ensure his, and other employees’, safe and healthful job performance
• Take charge in case immediate supervisor is unavailable to ensure that the business continues its usual activities
• Other duties related to the job as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned and are customarily performed by other persons in similar capacities

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least three (3) years experience in related work
• Honest and hardworking
• Willing to work Mondays-Saturdays including holidays in Pasig
