The Role

We are on a hunt for a highly capable Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a high‑trust, high‑impact environment.

This role goes beyond diary management. You’ll be a key partner to leadership; managing priorities, coordinating information, handling sensitive matters with discretion, and making sure nothing important slips through the cracks.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage executive calendars, schedules, and priorities to keep days running smoothly
  • Coordinate across leaders to align meetings, deadlines, and communication
  • Prepare high‑quality reports, briefings, correspondence, and presentations
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Screen and prioritise emails and requests, knowing what needs escalation (and what doesn’t)
  • Support governance and leadership processes, including meeting coordination and documentation
  • Maintain secure, accurate, and well‑organised records and documents
  • Track key priorities, deadlines, and action items for leadership
  • Support leadership projects, coordination activities, and process improvements
  • Handle highly confidential information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Proven at least 3 years experience in a senior administrative or executive support role
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and sound judgement
  • Experience managing complex information, tracking systems, or registers
  • Confident working independently with minimal supervision
  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office and document systems
  • Calm, professional, and reliable, especially when things move fast
