Qualifications/Requirements
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to clients, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of system or application issues. Your typical day will involve addressing client concerns, interpreting problems, and designing effective solutions based on your product expertise.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Provide timely and effective support to clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand and address their concerns.- Document and track client issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes.
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Service Desk Voice Support
- Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in providing technical support to clients.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and service desk best practices.
